My unique approach to training comes from my extensive history as a Contortionist, Dancer, Hockey Player, and Bodybuilder. Most trainers just guide you through the gym, at times as a very expensive workout partner. I on the other hand start at the ground roots. I stress proper workout technique, proper alignment, and design the workout program and nutrition that will get you your results. We obtain your goals together but I give you the know how to maintain your new body and state of being.
